This End-User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you
(either an individual or a single entity) and KnightCode for the
software accompanying this agreement, which includes computer
software, public and private key information, and electronic
documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT" or "SOFTWARE").
By using this software, you, the user, agree the terms of this
agreement. If you don't agree to the terms of the agreement, you may
not use this SOFTWARE.
Software Product License
This SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and
international copyright treaties. as well as other intellectual
property laws and treaties.
This SOFTWARE PRODUCT is distributed in the hope that it will be
useful, but WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY; without even the implied warranty of
MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
This license grants you the right to install and use a single copy
of this SOFTWARE.
This software is freely reproducable and distributable but only
within the confines of this agreement and only in those instances
where this agreement accompanies the distribution. All recipients of
this SOFTWARE PRODUCT are bound by the terms of this agreement.
This software product may only be used for its intended purpose,
which is limited to file sharing and chat activities. This includes
searching for shared content, transferring files, and sending and
receiving text messages.
You may NOT reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble this
SOFTWARE PRODUCT, except and only to the extent that such activity is
expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this
limitation.
You may NOT use this software, in whole or in part, to harass or
threaten users of this SOFTWARE, to collect information about the
users or creators of this SOFTWARE, or to monitor said users'
activities.
This SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed as a single product. Further and
future distributions must contain all components of this SOFTWARE
PRODUCT, including this agreement. Under no circumstances can any part
of this SOFTWARE PRODUCT be distributed or copied, especially with the
intent to dissect, disassemble, or reverse engineer the part for the
purposes of circumventing this agreement, except and only to the
extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law
notwithstanding this limitation.
Without prejudice to any other rights, KnightCode may terminate
this agreement if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of
this agreement. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the
SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its components.
All copyrights in and to this SOFTWARE, the accompanying printed
materials and files, and any copies made of such are owned by
KnightCode with exception to any images, photographs, animations,
music, or sounds found in the SOFTWARE, which are expressly owned by
NeoModus, LLC and used without permission.
This SOFTWARE is protected by copyright laws and international
treaty provisions.
Under no circumstances will KnightCode be liable for any damages
incurred from the use or inability to use this SOFTWARE PRODUCT even
if KnightCode has been made aware of the possibility of such damages.
The user assumes all risk in the use or performance of the
SOFTWARE.
The user takes full responsibility for his or her actions while
using this SOFTWARE PRODUCT, agrees not to use this SOFTWARE PRODUCT
to infringe upon copyright laws, and agrees not to hold KnightCode
responsible for any use taken with this SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
